We would like to inform you that by December 2013 Hotel L’Ermitage will be completely renovated and by that time the extension of the building will also be completed, providing us 31 new rooms with contemporary furnishings. The hotel will be classified as a 4* hotel.
All renovated rooms are equipped with a large flat-screen TV, mini bar and an in-room safe. These rooms will have completely new textiles, carpets, beds and mattresses, and also part of the furniture and other accessories.
After the renovations we will have 6 additional business class rooms with larger TV-sets and also slippers, bathrobes and the facilities for making tea or coffee. There is also a sewing kit, utensils for cleaning shoes, shoehorn, and stationery with a pen and envelope. Optional extra bed available, if necessary.
We will have a dedicated floor for people with allergies and starting from Jan. 1, 2014 smoking will be forbidden in all rooms inside the hotel.
The hotel will have 31 additional higher class rooms:
– Business class rooms,
– Superior class rooms, incl. rooms with saunas, family rooms and romantic rooms,
– Junior suite with balcony,
– Suites, incl. one with sauna.
All new rooms have modern furnishings and they are equipped with adjustable air conditioners, facilities for making coffee or tea, bathrobes and slippers. Bathroom fittings include a magnifying makeup mirror, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, napkins and a set of cosmetic products.
Fast internet service (WiFi) is available everywhere in the hotel.
The conference room to be opened in our new conference area will be more spacious (87.6 square meters) and private with state-of-the-art technology and it will have a separate reception area that can be used for coffee breaks.
The reception area will be renovated. In the course of renovations we will expand our luggage room as well. Porter’s services will be added to our range of services. The porter will also assist our customers in parking their buses and cars.
A permanent computer station will be available to customers.
We will provide other services customary in 4* hotels:
– Ironing service;
– Sewing service;
– Fresh newspapers;
– Copying facilities;
– Daily change of bed linen when requested;
– Optional extra slippers and bathrobes when requested.
The reception staff will also provide various other services.
We only use organic and environmentally friendly cleaning supplies that pose no health hazards.
The restaurant and the lobby bar will be renovated and we will add a new lounge/cafe. The breakfast table will be pre-set with partial service. The service staff can speak at least three languages. We provide room service from 7 a.m. to midnight. Our breakfast menu and the à la carte menu will be more varied and we will have a wider choice in our wine and drinks list.
